Ribbon Tabs navigation (when having lots of tabs)

I have a ribbon with a lot of tabs (15) and I dont have enough space to show them all properly.

Is it possible to show tabs in differnt rows?

if not , is there any way to show only some of them (for example 7) and include a navigation control on rigth side of the ribbon to navigate left/right through the tabs ?
