Is it possible to set the slot where and holiday is to have and other appearance so it looks like and non working day.

If you are showing multiple owners you can use the Owner.DateSettings collection to make that day a non-working day for that owner. Once you add a member to that collection, you can set its IsWorkDay property to false and that day will resolve all time slots through the NonWorkingHourAppearance.
