UltraWinToolbars exception when OS theme/background is changed Windows XP

Has anyone seen this kind of exception when OS theme/background is changed in Windows XP?

    Hello dtjoa,

    I believe that you issue might already been fixed in the latest service release of your version looking at the provided stack trace.

    If that is not the case could you please what version of the NetAdvatange components you are using and I will be glad to look into this issue further for you.
