I am trying to upgrade to 2009.2 from 7.2. One of the dependency we have is on 'Infragistics.Practices.CompositeUI.WinForms' for the CommandAdapters and AdapterFactory.
What do we use with 2009.2?

Sounds like you did not update the Infagistics CAB assemblies. Check out the last post in this thread, which explains how to upgrade your Infragistics CAB assemblies so that they reference the newest version of NetAdvantage that you have:
