I'm experiencing some odd behavior when trying to print an UltraChart with VerticalLeftFacing box annotations. This does not occur for horizontal annotations. There are two issues as you can see below:
1. the box border and text are split up
2. neither the box border or the text are in the correct location. Based on the location that is set, they should appear to the left of the y-axis in the middle of the y-axis.
Is this a known issue? Is there a known resolution? Let me know if you need any more information.
i don't have confirmation on this yet, but i believe it is fixed in the 2010.2 volume release.
Is the bug (# 28723) fixed in NetAdvantage for .NET 2010 Volume 2?
I tested this out and was able to reproduce the problem, and it is not fixed in the latest service release.
So, I entered a bug report - # 28723. It should be fixed in a future service release. Feel free to contact Infragistics Developer Support or post back on this forum to inquire about the status of this bug report at any time in the future, or to be added to the auto-notify list for when the bug gets fixed.
if you need a temporary workaround, I recommend handling the FillSceneGraph event and adding Box and Text primitives - thereby avoiding the Annotations collection and the bug.
v9.2.20092.1003
that looks like it could be a bug. what version of the dll are you using? have you tried applying the latest service release?
