This topic has been discussed before, but the solution is not posted. It says that it was fixed in a patch, but that was back in 2008. We are using version 9.2, Visual Studio 2008 and .net 3.5 and it was suppost to be fixed a long time ago, but it is still happening. Is the problem in my theme, or my formbordersytle, or is the fix something else all together. We are getting close to release, and we need to fix this problem.
