Is it possible to have the OutlookGroupBy-Style in a wincombo?
I set style and do
ultraGrid1.DisplayLayout.Bands[0].SortedColumns.Add("cpy_id",false,true);
but nothing happens. The Addbox is not visible and the grid is not grouped.

No, grouping and hierarchical data are not supported by UltraCombo.
If you need this, you might want to consider making your own combo control using the UltraTextEditor and a WinGrid. It's not as difficult as it sounds. Here's a link to a post that describes the basic concept with some sample code:
