I turned off the In Place Designer but do not see how to turn it back on. Right clicking on the toolbar or on the icon in the tray does not offer an option for iIn Place Desginer.
I'm using 9.2. Today I can re-enable so I'm not sure what happened (perhaps I'm working too many hours)

Hello, This is strange, you soluble able o see it. Which version are you using? Can you tried to close the form and reopen it again. And then pick again the toolbar manager instance.
