How can we export/print grid column captions with UltraGridDocumentExporter when grid is empty

Hi,

our application is using UltraGridDocumentExporter in combination with UltraPrintDocument to print grids and export grids to PDF. Everything works fine except when a grid does not have any rows. In that case, absolutely nothing is exported/printed.

How can we display the the captions of columns and column groups when grid is empty?
