How can i enable edit,delte ultraWingrid and change the selected row style

hi everyone. I want to enable edit,delete rows in ultraWingrid but i try to do with : HOWTO:How can I make a grid or a column, row, or cell in the UltraWinGrid disabled or read-only? BUT when i selected a row i want that all the row is selected.image 1 is that appear when i click in one cell and image 2 is that i want.
