Disabling autoselect of first group in a grid

Hi All,

Whenever the grid is grouped by a particular column the first group is always automatically selected. Is there a way to disable this behaviour?

Hi Denis,

No, there's no way to turn this off. You should Submit a feature request to Infragistics.

You can, of course, turn off the selection of GroupByRows entirely by setting SelectTypeGroupByRow to None.

Thanks Mike, do you know if there is some setting which can be used to have the groups collapsed or expanded by default?

Not to worry, just found it, 'GroupByRowInitialExpansionState'
