I'm getting a failure trying to use the Visual Studio Upgrade Add-In. It says to check the "Add In Error Log". Where is that?

Also, using the IG Upgrade Utility (manually adding projects) works fine. The Add-In still fails.
We're using NetAdvantage2008.1 and VS2008. So service release installed.

The log should have been placed in the project folder of the project you were upgrading. What version of WinForms are you using? Do you have just the RTM installed, or have you applied any service releases? What Visual Studio are you using?

I get exactly the same error. I even raised a support call and tried a clean VS2008 install in a VM but never got anywhere. I suspect it's just plain broke. Use the external upgrade tool - that works fine and always has.
