How to get back to the Old Default Active Row Appearance
posted

I don't know if it was something during the install of the new version of Infragistics, but now when we add a grid, data bind it, and show it on screen the Active Row has this bright almost metalic gradient image streaking across the row.  I need to get it back just to the old default of a dark blue color with no metalic imaging/gradient stuff going on.

I've played around with it a bit and I still haven't been able to find anything that consistently works

Is there a way to do this?

Thanks in advance

    Hi Tim,

When you place a new grid on a form, the grid designer automatically loads in a default Preset with some property settings on it. Some of those settings are to set the ActiveRowAppearance and ActiveCellAppearance to that the ActiveRow in the grid appears selected.

So, maybe you changed the default preset that is being loaded. You can do this in the grid designer under the Presets section.
