UltraExplorerBar Office2007 Style not being used--screen capture attached

I am wanting to use the Office2007 style for an explorer bar. During design-time, everything visually looks fine. However, when I launch the application, the Office2007 colors are lost and essentially I'm left with a grayscale version of the style. See image...the left is the design-time and the right is the run-time. Thoughts?

    I was able to resolve this issue by changing my Windows and Buttons drop down (in the Control Panel>Display>Appearance screen) to Windows XP Style.

    Previously (though I'm not sure why), it was set to Embedded Style.
