We are experiencing problems with the glow/hot tracking effect on the UltraWinToolbar when used in a terminal server environment, the glow/hot tracking is extremely slow to render.
Is there a way to disable the glow/hot tracking effect ?

But the hot tracking is not the only problem. On very slow connections the repaint of the complete ribbon lags. This happen if you toggle between different windows (e.g. SHIFT+TAB). You can see each group be painted, but the worst is that the groups are moving on ribbon. The last group was painted first on first position. Then the next to last group was painted on first position and moves the previous one to the right. So, each group was painted on first position and all previous painted groups moves to the right. That costs a lot of time and patience.
Any suggestions?
