Change Direction of Minimize Navigation Pane Icon

I have an OutlookNavigationPane style ExplorerBar.  I have changed it so it collapses from left to right.  Since it collapses to the right, the current Minimize icon is pointing in the wrong direction, "<<".  I want to change this so it points to the right like it should be ">>".  How can I do this?

    You can assign any (10 x 9) image to the UltraExplorerBar.GroupSettings.AppearancesSmall.NavigationPaneExpansionButtonAppearance, and that image will be displayed instead of the default chevron.
