I want to set the .Ribbon.QuickAccessToolbar.Visible = True, but I get a message that I cannot do that while the Office2007UICompatibility is on.
I did not realize I was in Office2007 compatibility mode. I can turn Office2007UICompatibility off in my code, but it changes the color of the QAT and the tab headers.
I built my style from one of the existing styles in AppStylist.
How can I keep my colors I have set in the style and turn off the QAT?

When you installed NetAdvantage for WinForms, there is a dialog that comes up explaining that when you use the Ribbon, you are agreeing to Microsoft's licensing of the ribbon UI. Turning off the QAT violates this licencing.
