I have to fill a given Excel-File. But when I try to load this file I get then following error message:

Formulars cannot be set on a cell directly, use the ApplyFormula method or one of the ApplyTo methods of the formual instance instead

I have not idea what this means or where I can find these methods?

Is there another way to open and fill an Excel-File?
