I want to have excel like functionality in UltraWinGrid for
1. Selecting all the rows and columns
2. Arrow type mouse cursor (similar to excel) when user places cursor on Row selector or column header.
Is there any property of grid to acheive this ?

Hello Sambhaji,
The UltraWinGrid already does provides this functionality. To select multiple rows, select the first row needed for the selection and while holding down the shift key, using the keyboard arrows, press the down arrow until the last row required for the multi-selection is selected.
This same functionality works when selecting multiple columns or cells as well.
