UltraToolbarsManager custom style/colors

I upgraded recently from netadvantage 2007 vol 1 to 2008 vol 3 and noticed that the background color on mouse over for all elements (main menu, context menus) is a gradient of yellow (it was white with black text over it before). The only global setting that affects this is the Style property in UltraToolbarsManager, but I don't want to select between "Office2007", "Vista" and so on. The default style is ok except that I want to change just this background yellow color everywhere.

    Nevermind this, I got what I want by changing the style for individual items (like ToolbarItemPopupMenu and MenuItemButton). Still, if somebody knows a global way to alter the style it would be nice.
