I'm having an issue with the Small Image screen not showing up when I try to attach an image to a button using your

UltraToolBarManager with the ribbon enabled.  Seems the image form is not showing up whenever I try to set an image.

I then no longer have control with the VB.Net environment.

I can hit the ESC key twice and I then regain control. 

Any thoughts?  I do not see the screen behind any of the other programs running.
