Jason, question for you.
How did you get the MyFinances Text in the main Banner. If examining the application I can see how you have done more of it, but for the life of me, can't see where that text, or graphics is specified. It looks to be on the Toolbar background but can't see it. I want to do something similar.

The MyFinances banner text is part of an image that is applied to the UltraToolbarsManager's ToolbarHorizonal's Background in the AppStyleGlow.isl file. You won't be able to find the actual image file because when an image is applied in AppStylist, the image is actually embedded into the .isl file itself.
