Is there a difference between the v8.1 and 8.3 version of UltraFlowLayoutmanager ??
I didn't change anything in my code and the rendering isn't the same!

I believe that this was an issue which has already been fixed. So what you could do is upgrading to the latest service release available for your current version or either download the trial version of Net Advantage 11.2 and test your application against it.
