How do I show my own custom summary dialog

Hello,

How do I add an additional option to the WinGrid SummaryDialog?

I do not want to create a whole new form as I still wish to maintain the existing functionality for Sum/Min/Max/Avg/etc. I just need to add a check box for weighted average. I have already created the class from ICustomSummaryCalculator to do the calculation.

However, I am stuck on how to implement it within the existing SummaryDialog UI.

Any thoughts?
