Yes this issue was fixed and verified in NetAdvantage 8.2. The fix will be released in the March hot fix (currently schedule for Mar 27th). I've asked our developer support to add a support case under your name and link it to this bug so you will get notified when the fix is released.

The “Verified in Version” field is an indicator of what are the versions of NetAdvantage where this bug was verified fix. We usually verify any fix in the version that it was reported in and newer version.For your other question, the latest hot fix for NetAdvantage 8.2 was released in January (build number 8.2.20082.2121) this release should include all bug fixes so far.
