Disabling the Quick start form

Is this possible ? I never use that form anyway (always use the designer afterward).

Is there a way to turn this off ?

    There is a preferences button on the bottom left of the Quick Start form.  In the dialog, uncheck the "Show the Quick Start designer when a new control instance is drawn on teh form"
