Resolution of images used in ribbon buttons

Hi,

Can anyone suggest the optimum resolution of images used in ribbon button for better look and feel?

    I beleive the default small image size is 16x16 and the default large image size is 32x32, but you can change these sizes by changing the ImageSizeSmall and ImageSizeLarge of the toolbars manager.
