Having something strange w/a UltratoolbarManager/Ribbon on a MDI parent form.  I drop the ToolbarManager onto the form and set the Ribbon Style for Office 2007, if I Hide the Ribbon, the formatting disappears also, it reverts back to standard windows formatting...  If I don't hide the ribbon, I get the Office 2007 formatting, but the ribbon active.  Even if I minimize the ribbon, I still see "ribbon1" on my window, which is understandable..

 Since this a master form, I don't need tabs/tools in the ribbon (ie Outlook 2007) but want the Office 2007 formatting...

 Anything I'm missing here?
