How to set fixed size in ultraexplorerbar whenever i expanded or shrinked?

    So when you expand or collapse a group you want to shrink/expand the height of the UltraExplorerBar?  Handle the GroupCollapsing/GroupExpanding  events and modify the height of the control. 

     What is the value of the 'Dock' property of the UltraExplorerBar?
