How can i disable a menu item(button)

hi all, i am try to archive to disable menu item's button... how can i do this things by code. ultraToolbarsManager1-->PopupMenuTools1-->ButtonTool1 how can i disable ButtonTool1 ? please suggest its urgent.. regards Kartikeya Sharma
