change text of the cell of wingrid at runtime

Hello ... i wanna to write new value to Cell in the specified column in WinGrid so i used the following this.m_subVesselGrid.Rows[i].Cells[2].Text but the problem is text is read only property so how can i do this note that i want to change the text displayed in the cell of the grid at runtime ....... any help --------
