WinSchedule supports exporting to iCalendar format (which is supported by MS Outlook), but not importing. UltraCalendarInfo exposes a static method, 'ExportICalendar', which can export an appointment or array of appointments.

Note that MS Outlook has OLE automation support, which means you can use COM interfaces to programmatically add appointments, etc., using their API. You could use this mechanism to export the calendar information in Outlook to be imported to WinSchedule objects.
