We have a toolbar with a Ribbon Group assigned within. Tooltips are enabled for the items within the group. The issue we are having is that the tooltips are appearing below the Ribbon, rather then below the button.
Is there a setting I'm not see for controlling this?

I think that is by design as tooltips should not obscure the other buttons on the Ribbon.
Check the behaviour in Office 2007.
