Is there a way to add buttons to the Ultratabbedmdimanager?

I want to add custom buttons to the ala IE7 to this control, is it possible?

There is currently no way to add buttons to the tab row like in IE7. You can submit a feature request for this: http://devcenter.infragistics.com/Protected/RequestFeature.aspx.
