I have a control where I am using UltraSplitter to separate two UltraPanels. The panels and splitter are inside another UltraPanel control which has AutoScroll set to True.
If I expand my splitter control, then resize my form to be smaller than both panels, the outer panel displays scrollbars. This is exactly what I want.

However, if I then collapse the panel, then resize my form to be smaller than the first panel, then expand the splitter control again, the splitter creates a 0 size panel. This is despite having a MinSize on the splitter.

How can I get the splitter to restore the panel back to the size it was before I collapsed it, whereby it would show the scrollbars again?
