Hi,
I am using infragistics grid in one application. It has a dropdown with list of options to select. Issue is when user opens the dropdown and try to select any options from dropdown list, first options from the dropdown list gets selected.
This is a very intermittent issue, sometimes it works fine and sometimes it gives this issue. Also, this is happening for just one particular user.
Can anybody please suggest wat could be happening here.

Thank you for your post. May i know which version of control you are using since you logged this as a trial?
You mentioned that this is happening for just one particular user so looks like its a environment issue , what is the difference for machines between this use and others?
Are you using multiple threads in the application?
Please share your application for me to try and test it in my environment.

I am using version 8.2
The machine is same for the all the users. This particular user is facing the issue intermittently, like once in a week or so.

As per our product life cycle version 8.2 is been retired long back . If you can still reproduce the issue with the latest supported version V23.1/22.2 then please share the sample and we can investigate the issue .
As for only able to reproduce the issue with a specific machine i would recommend you to compare the environment between the machine and narrow down the issue .
