The foreign key between the parent and child rows is case insensitive. The data in the tables work through the relation but they do not display in the child bands.

From the screenshot you have attached it can be seen that only those rows which have foreign keys equal to the UserId of the parent rows are present and these UserIds are in upper case. What I can suggest you is either updating the data base to remove the mismatch caused by the case-insensitivity or using toUpper() on the foreign keys to make all of them uppercase similarly to the UserIds in the parent rows.
