I'm not sure what property you are looking for. The image you linked to here has a box around what appears to be a column, but it's also containing a groupby row and some other things. 

The name of a band comes from the data source and cannot be set by the grid. You can set the Caption on a Band or on any column you want, though. To set the column caption, you would use column.Header.Caption.
