When building an application as x64, the scroll wheel up and down behave the same way scrolling through the tabs from right to left (it will not scroll from left to right). Any-CPU and x86 builds are working as expected. Down scrolls to the right and up to the left. We are on version 16.2.20162.2182.
Do you know by any chance the earliest version that the issue is fixed?

I have been investigating into the behavior you are seeing, and I have reproduced the behavior you are reporting with version 16.2.20162.2182. Unfortunately, version 16.2 is currently past its maintenance lifecycle and is a version that is no longer supported, and so I would recommend upgrading to a more recent version, as the versions that are receiving active maintenance do not reproduce this issue. These versions at the time of writing this are version 20.1, 20.2, and 21.1, although it is worth noting that the next patch for version 20.1 will be the final one for that version.

Some more info about the 64-bit application;If "Scroll inactive windows when I hover over them" is off, wheel scrolling works as expected.
