How to fill the column 2 from ultracombo column 2

Do you mean you would like to change the cell text when a combobox in another cell is changed?

You can use UltraGrid’s CellChange event to know when the combobox is changed and update the text of another cell on the same row.

I have created a sample for you.

it can't be just only 1 UC ?

just fill the next column from multicolumncombobox in column 1.
