UltraToolBarManager with ribbon, Form minimal size

Hello,

I'm using version 2007.3, and when I have a ultraToolbarManager on a form, with a ribbon, the ribbon is hidden when the form is less than 300 x 300...

Is there a way around this?

    On the UltraToolbarsManager, set Office2007UICompatibility to False and on its Ribbon, set AutoCollapseThresholdHorizontal and AutoCollapseThresholdVertical to 0.
