In a previous post, I complained about the UltraGeographicMap freezing for our customers:

Now it seems the map has another issue, the tiles are no longer displaying.
This is occurring everywhere in our application that we are using the UltraGeographicMap.
It is also happening in the sample (ultrageomapperformancetest.zip) that was provided in the support form posted above.
No tiles are displayed, just a white background.
We have confirmed that this is happening internally for us and externally (at our customers).
The map is not currently usable in our application, is there a fix for this?

Thank you for your post.The issue you described is a known issue in GeographicMap open street view , its due to a change made by OSM, it appears they are now stricter and require referrer and user agent in the web request headers.
Also, I did some research and looks like this change by OSM may be the root of this issue: help.openstreetmap.org/.../error-429-in-mapinfo-with-osm-tile-server
I attached a sample provided the workaround.
