Thank you for contacting. You are right, In GanttView we can’t have many bar on one line , rest of the other requirements listed are doable.

Although I was thinking about the requirement and it might be possible by adding Timeline on the right and an UltraGrid on the left, but the functionality wouldn't be the same, and you would have a hard time aligning the tasks in the timeline with the rows in the grid as they'd be two separate controls. The creation filter probably is the better way.

But still, we do not have anything inbuilt for this functionality. Having many bars in GanttView has been determined to be a new product idea.

You can suggest new product ideas for future versions (or vote for existing ones) at <ideas.infragistics.com>.
