Change Default Presets Folder

Is it possible to save our presets elsewhere and LOAD them in during design-time from our own location

    Hello Eliot,

I have been looking into your question.

To apply a preset to Windows Forms control you have to open the Designer and select the Presets node of the navigation tree. In the Manage Presets area you can see all of the presets available for the control.
By default, the list box displays the in-box presets that are shipped with Ultimate UI for Windows Forms. You can change the location the list box searches for presets by changing the Preset folder under the Options button.
You can create your own Preset in two ways:
    1. You can completely customizing the look and behavior of the control and save it as a preset by clicking the New button in the Manage Presets area.
    2. You can edit and existing Preset and save the modified preset as your own custom version by clicking the Edit button in the Manage Presets area.
Once you are ready, click the Add button to save the preset.
More information about that can be found in this help topics, which I believe you might find useful:

Please read through them and  let me know If you require any further assistance on the matter.
