Limit horizontal scrolling for UltraGanttChart

Is it possible to limit the horizontal scrolling on a UltraGanttChart?

Anytime I get to the left or right side of the scrollbar it then extends to provide a new region, which ends up as infinite scrolling.

I came searched how to do this but couldn't find anything but this 3 year old post who states at that time it wasn't possible:

    Thank you for following up. The UltraGanttControl is intended to resemble MS Project from the time it was created. The last feature for the UltraGantt was touch-enabled support in late 2013. You can submit a new product idea on our new page at <https://es.infragistics.com/community/ideas>.
