How to disable "What's this" help in UltrWinTree

I have built a control in C# that includes an UltraWinTree.  I dropped this on a form and display it in an app. When the user right-clicks on the tree, the "What's this" help shows up on top of the contextMenuStrip that I want to display.  How do I suppress the display of the "What's this" help?

     I've been trying to reproduce what you have described here and have been unable to do so, I hope that you have taken the next step in contacting our Developer Support Department to get help on this matter (if not you can always get help here).
