the windows 7 control panel->display setting can be 100%, 125% or 150%. If it is set to anything other than 100% the form and it's controls do not render properly. There can be overlapping, skewing off of the edge of the screen, etc. Forms render properly at a setting of 100%. Is there any way to compensate for this?
Hi Sahaja, after some further research, it appears to be a bug in Windows Form Anchor property. There is a full analysis of the issue in David Grayson's blog of 2013 which you can read here:

Thanks for your reply...
Thank you for posting on our forums.
Please clarify what Infragistics controls you are adding to the Form. If the Form itself is not rendering correctly then it sounds like a non Infragistics issue to me. If you can send us a sample with this issue reproduced in it then I will test it to identify the cause of this issue.
I will further look into this issue as soon as I hear back from you.
