I have the next problem, if I select cells from up to down and then copy paste to Excell, I see properly order. If I select cells from down to up, I will see unproperly order of values. How can I handle this?

I followed the steps you suggested and was unable to reproduce the behavior you're describing. I created a small sample project with a grid with some data. I copied some cell from the grid, selecting them in all directions, and pasted them into Excel. Each time the cells pasted in same order.
I have attached the sample project I used to test this. Please test this project on your PC; whether or not it works correctly may help indicate the nature of this issue.
If the project does not work correctly, this indicates either an issue possibly specific to your environment, or a difference in the DLL versions we are using. My test was performed using Infragistics for Windows Forms 2016 volume 2 with latest service release. So could you please let me know the exact version of Infragistics components which you are using?
If the project does show the product feature working correctly, this indicates a possible issue in the code of your application. It will help if you can provide a small, isolated sample application that demonstrates the behavior you are seeing.

I use infragistics 12 and I was impressed when I add my dlls into your project and everything works fine. Today I spend much time for finding a way to resolve this issue, but I couldn't find custom code for copy action. Now I have found it. Infragistics works fine:)
