I have Winforms Infra 12.2
I use the UltraGrid.
It has a set of preset styles. They are all horrible and old fashioned... 2000 / 2003 / XP. The latest theme is probably Aero. The rest of the styles look like they've been designed by a child with a box of very colourful crayons.
I have downloaded Infra 16.2 to see what more modern styles that has. And the answer is NONE.
Has UltraGrid been essentially abandoned?
Hello Gwyn,
The UltraGrid is still alive and well, and we are still developing features for it.
Generally, we've stopped designing internal styles for the UltraGrid itself, opting instead for designing Style Libraries which can be applied to the entire application. The Application Stylist is a powerful tool which helps the developer to design their own visual style and see the results in real time, saving it as a Style Library (these are files with the .isl extension). Infragistics even comes with many Style Libraries we've made out of the box to help you get started.
Please take a look at the Application Styling Framework for better visual experience designing, and the standard .isl the product comes with can be found in your installation at C:\Users\Public\Documents\Infragistics16.2\Windows Forms\AppStylist for Windows Forms\Templates.
Please let me know if I can further assist you.
