Hi,
I use an UltroGrid of virtual mode. I noticed that the texts in some cells were truncated and it seemed the space was large enough for the whole text. I have a column with its data type of double, TextHAlign of right and format of "#,##0.00;(#,##0.00)". The digit at the hundredths place in the attached image is missing. Is there any way to avoid this?
Regards,Shaolin
Hi Sahaja,
I was not able to attached two files. The modified file Form1.cs is attached.
Thanks,Shaolin
Thanks so much for your sample app and your response!
I modified your Form1.cs file a little. You need to resize the column to see the issue and please look at the attached screen image. There is too much space wasted with the cell left padding. I noticed there were some discussions on padding but I do not totally agree with the answers. I also noticed that no partial letter is displayed inside a cell. Is there an option or setting to control where a letter of digit can be displayed partially?
Your help is greatly appreciated!
Hi Shaolin,
The text in UltraGrid cells is not truncated when I set the relative column data type to double, TextHAlign to right and format to "#,##0.00;(#,##0.00)" . I tested this with 16.1. Please try to reproduce this behavior in the attached sample and send it back to us and we will further look into this issue as soon as we receive it.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
